Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We offer tiered shipping rates for our domestic customers based on order value, ensuring you get the best rate possible for your items.

  • Orders from $0.00 to $99.99: Standard Shipping — $25.00 AUD (Delivery time dependent on carrier)

  • Orders from $100.00 to $300.00: Tiered Shipping (101-300) — $15.00 AUD (5–8 business days)

  • Orders from $301.00 to $499.00: Tiered Shipping (301-499) — $10.00 AUD (5–8 business days)

  • Orders of $500.00 and up: Standard FREE Shipping — FREE (Delivery time dependent on carrier)

  • Express Shipping (All Order Values): Fast-tracked carrier — $40.00 AUD

International Shipping

We love connecting with our global Pasifika family! We currently ship to New Zealand, North America, and Europe.

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $40.00 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

North America (United States)

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $50.00 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 12–21 business days

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, and 23 more countries)

  • Standard Shipping Rate: $40.00 AUD

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 12–21 business days

Important Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our Sydney warehouse.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (including New Zealand, USA, and Europe), please note that Geneva Fabrics & Fashion is not responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by your country's customs office.

  • Group & Choir Orders: If you are ordering heavy rolls of fabric or large volume orders for church choirs or community milestones, any shipping updates or special delivery arrangements will be communicated with you directly by our team.
